Landscape Field Supervisor

Job Description

We’re a small, locally owned landscaping company that takes pride in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. We specialize in residential/commercial landscape installation and maintenance, with a focus on quality, teamwork and customer satisfaction. As we grow, we’re looking for a dedicated and experienced Landscape Field Supervisor to help lead our crews and ensure exceptional results on every project.

What you’ll do… lead and motivate landscape crews, providing on the job training and guidance.

Coordinate daily job logistics, including scheduling, equipment, and materials.

Oversee and daily participate in the installation and maintenance of new and existing landscapes and turf. (planting, pruning, mulching, mowing, etc.)

Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.

Communicate effectively with clients, crew and management.

Maintain accurate records of work activities (time and materials)

What we’re looking for… Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Strong knowledge of landscape techniques, materials, and equipment operation. Strong work ethic and team player attitude. Dependable and punctual. A keen eye for detail and dedication to quality craftsmanship. Valid driver's license.
