Landscape Foreman

Job Description

Doyle Landscaping is seeking a motivated and experienced Landscape Foreman to lead a crew in the installation of high-quality residential and commercial landscape projects. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who takes pride in craftsmanship, efficiency, and developing team members.

The Foreman will oversee daily job site operations, execute installation plans, operate machinery, and guide crew members to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and with excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a landscape installation crew on job sites
• Follow and execute project install plans accurately
• Operate machinery and tools (skid loaders, compact track loaders, saws, etc.)
• Teach and mentor crew members while maintaining productivity
• Make on-site decisions to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and correctly
• Ensure quality standards and company expectations are met
• Maintain a safe and organized job site
• Communicate clearly with the owner and team members

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in landscape or hardscape installation (preferred)
• Prior leadership or crew lead experience
• Ability to read and follow landscape design/install plans
• Experience operating equipment (skid loader, mini-ex, compact track loader)
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions independently
• Valid driver’s license
