We strive to provide the highest quality products and customer service excellence. We have been operating since 2007 and opened the Indianapolis branch in 2019.

Job Description:

We are searching for a Branch Manager for our Indianapolis Showroom and Warehouse.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage safety for the branch – implement, maintain and enforce our Safety Program
• Ensure operations team helps the sales team meet goals and provide and unparalleled customer service experience
• Maintain accurate inventory – receive and ship inventory; maintain proper documentation; enforce procedures that supports accurate inventory
• Lead, Train and Develop the team
• Accounts Receivable - actively manage accounts and invoices, make deposits.
• Fleet Management – Work with our Fleet Supervisor in Columbus, OH to ensure branch is compliant with DOT regulations, licensing and registration for all vehicles
• Oversee building and equipment maintenance
• Document damage products and returns
• Facilities maintenance – local vendor managements; landscaping; cleaning/janitorial

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-5 years management experience
• Prior industry experience preferred; however high-end retail or design, would be considered
• Experience leading, developing and coaching a staff of 5+ employees
• Must be self-starter who can take initiative, make decisions and maintain professionalism and flexibility in a high paced work environment
• Excellence in customer service
• Must be proficient in Google Office Suite
• Associates degree or higher preferred

• Job Status: Full Time

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to type on and use a computer efficiently.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Ability to bend, twist and lift both arms above head.
• Ability to drive a vehicle without restrictions.
