Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable, experienced Lawn Service Foreman to lead a crew in delivering high‐quality lawn maintenance and landscape services. This role requires a balance of hands‐on field work, leadership, customer communication, and operational efficiency . The ideal candidate is organized, safety‐minded, and committed to producing excellent results on every property.

Key Responsibilities

Crew Leadership & Daily Operations

• Lead, supervise, and motivate a lawn maintenance crew

• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of routes

• Train new team members on equipment use, safety, and service standards

• Maintain a positive, productive work environment

Lawn Maintenance & Field Work

• Perform mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, and general landscape upkeep

• Operate and maintain commercial lawn equipment

• Identify property issues such as irrigation problems, turf stress, or hazards

• Ensure all work meets company quality standards

Customer Service & Communication

• Serve as the on‐site point of contact for customers

• Address questions or concerns professionally

• Communicate property conditions, service notes, and improvement opportunities to management

Logistics & Equipment Management

• Safely drive company trucks and trailers to job sites

• Ensure proper loading, unloading, and securing of equipment

• Conduct daily equipment checks and report maintenance needs

• Track materials, fuel usage, and job completion details

Qualifications

• Experience in lawn care, landscaping, or grounds maintenance

• Proven leadership ability with experience managing a crew

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

• Strong attention to detail and problem‐solving skills

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day

• Spanish proficiency is a plus

Work Schedule

• Full‐time, year‐round employment
