MOWING FOREMAN

Job Description

Manage 3-4 man mow team, accounts and equipment. We take care of various nursing homes on year round contracts from: Medina, Brunswick, Berea, Cleveland, Kent, Stow and then 20-30 other residential and commercial properties. This position will be the top mowing position at our company and needs to have management experience beyond just having mowed for a crew. You will be expected to keep documentation of what has been completed, Interview/Hire other mowing help. Must have clean valid Ohio driver's license, must be able to operate trucks/trailers and various mowing equipment. Must be able to work full time and overtime. In our busy months weekly mowing may be a 50 hour a week job. This is a year round position, looking for someone that can help snow plow in the winter.
