Overview
We are seeking an experienced and licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in insurance sales, client relationship management, and policy servicing. Duties

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and policy renewals
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate P&C insurance products
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
• Prepare quotes, explain coverage options, and assist clients in selecting suitable policies
• Process applications, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations accurately and efficiently
• Client Support : Build and maintain client relationships by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing policy support.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy details, and communications
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer support services.
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license
