We are a Group Technical Manager We are a Real Estate Group established in the French-speaking part of Switzerland with agencies in Geneva, Coppet, Nyon, Pully, Vevey, Fribourg, Sion, and Neuchâtel. As part of the development of our business, we wish to hire, for our headquarters in Geneva, a future Technical Manager. Job Description: Establishment of entry and exit places as well as technical assessments and ensures the proper management of the portfolio of isolated lots based on the instructions of the owners and management guidelines. Oversight and execution of maintenance work, inspections of isolated lots, and meetings with property owners to discuss calls. Establishment and monitoring of purchase orders and quotes. Management and tracking of claims. Processing of offers: A diverse position within a Group closely working with an autonomous team and different stakeholders from partner companies in a pleasant work environment. Up to 4 weeks of vacation and then 6 weeks after 5 years of seniority. Flexible hours from 6:30 am to 7:00 pm, remote work possible after the training period. Requirements: Solid experience as a technical manager within a property management company, knowledge of Quorum, mastery of tools, and highly organized. Driver's license.
