Design and build backend architecture for AI-powered automation systems, ensuring performance, scalability, and resilience Integrate and scale LLM-based product features, collaborating with AI engineers and product teams Implement and evolve agent-based systems, optimizing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and developing robust APIs
Required Qualifications
8+ years of commercial backend development experience with Node.js in product companies, preferably SaaS Extensive experience in designing backend architectures and technical solutions Strong experience in product environments and startup-style teams Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and AWS services Fluent in Russian and English (B2+), with the ability to work CET hours and located outside Belarus and Russia
