Manage inbound and outbound customer communications to schedule appointments and follow up on inquiries Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system Collaborate with sales and service departments to maximize customer satisfaction and sales opportunities Consistently meet and exceed monthly goals to unlock commission rewards Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute ideas to enhance the customer experience Requirements
Proven experience as a BDC agent or in customer engagement roles, preferably in automotive retail Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Proficient with CRM software and basic computer applications Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset to drive performance and commissions About the Company
