Required Qualifications
BA Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field 5-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in divisional hiring Experience in startups, tech, or relevant hardware domains Demonstrated leadership in fast-paced environments with a focus on stakeholder alignment Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance
