Develop and maintain execution tracking frameworks, KPIs, and dashboards for sales performance Produce performance reports to identify opportunities and risks across various sales channels Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and system alignment
Required Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in sales analytics or commercial analytics, preferably in CPG Strong experience with sales execution and retail performance data Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Proven ability to create KPIs, scorecards, and performance tracking tools Experience with field execution and distributor data platforms
