Lead engineering teams focused on Salesforce and .NET applications, providing technical mentorship and overseeing code reviews Champion Agile methodologies and collaborate with various teams to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery Coach and develop engineering talent while contributing to long-term architectural planning and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master's preferred) 7+ years of experience in Salesforce and .NET development 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams Proven experience with CI/CD tools such as Gearset and Azure DevOps Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and deep experience with .NET technologies
