Provide routine healthcare information system and application support Research, analyze, and recommend improvements for application workflows Create and maintain training documentation and reports
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Healthcare, Business, or related field preferred One year of relevant experience in application support, hardware, or interface preferred EPIC certification must be obtained within six months of hire Experience with software such as word processing, spreadsheets, and databases required Basic knowledge of ITIL philosophies and relevant laws and regulations preferred
