Develop specifications to meet analytic and reporting needs by working directly with customers Manage data sets, validate data integrity, and audit data independently Analyze and document business processes to improve data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
Required Qualifications
Three or more years of experience as a data analyst or business analyst, preferably in Oracle HCM Experience with relational databases and HR/Payroll business process management Knowledge of HRMS components and application modules Proficient in report writing tools such as SQL, Tableau, and Microsoft applications Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred
