As a Sales Assistant at SkyNova,Inc you will be meeting and engaging with different residents and bringing them tailored AT&T solutions that match their needs in the Cleveland, OH area. The Sales Assistant will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience while also contributing to the overall objectives of the team. Our Sales Assistant will work closely with customers to upsell AT&T’s products and services while making sure their needs are being met with professionalism representing AT&T and Sky Nova. Your daily responsibilities as a Sales Assistant Engage with clients directly in residential settings to build rapport and drive sales Present and sell service solutions in alignment with the specific needs of each customer Actively participate in ongoing training sessions in order to improve sales, customer service and marketing strategies Execute sale strategies in alignment with team objectives Resolve customer issues and ensure top tier service across all interactions Utilise market insights to inform campaign initiatives and improve customer service and sales performance Spot opportunities to upsell and improve internal sales processes
