*This role requires strong collaboration with the Product Development Manager to define future product roadmaps while engaging the sales force and other internal stakeholders to successfully align product priorities. *

*You will need: *
* 8+ years of experience in managing a portfolio of 80+ products in the US market.
* Strong technical aptitude and analytical skills.
* Strong organizational, time management, and planning skills.
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience in print, packaging, or graphics industry a plus
* Willingness to take early morning and evening calls with vendors as needed.
* Ability to travel up to 15% of the time to the office (Knoxville, TN).
* Experience with ERP systems a must. Siteline / Infor an asset.
* PowerBI, all Microsoft products, experience with Monday.com would be helpful
* Experience or strong interest in AI
*Rate: $85,000 - $110,000*
Potential to earn monthly and quarterly bonuses!
