Sales Operations Analyst Remote (UK) Overview We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded Sales Operations Analyst to play a pivotal role across our Go-to-Market (GTM) organisation. This role will act as the primary custodian of client data quality within HubSpot, a key contributor to sales enablement activity, and the lead analyst on strategic revenue initiatives such as Total Addressable Market (TAM) and whitespace analysis. This is a cross-functional role working closely with Sales, Marketing and Client Management teams, providing data-driven insight, operational rigour and continuous improvement across the revenue lifecycle. The role reports into senior sales leadership and will be central to maximising value from the HubSpot CRM platform. Key Responsibilities Data & CRM Oversight Act as the primary owner of client data quality within HubSpot, ensuring data hygiene, enrichment, standardisation and governance Support the creation, maintenance and continuous improvement of dashboards and reports for Sales, Marketing and Leadership teams Assist with the integration of new tools and data sources into the wider revenue ecosystem in line with enterprise architecture standards Strategic Analysis & Planning Lead and deliver strategic revenue analyses including TAM research, whitespace analysis, account segmentation and territory recommendations Conduct regular pipeline, forecasting and process inspections, identifying risks, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement Provide clear, actionable insights to support decision-making across sales leadership Sales & Marketing Enablement Support the Sales Excellence function with the curation and organisation of enablement content and learning resources Assist with planning and execution of GTM initiatives, sprints and improvement programmes Build and embed sales playbooks and nurture journeys directly within the CRM to drive consistent behaviours Support Marketing Operations with campaign setup, list building, GDPR compliance, tracking and outbound data quality Go-to-Market Optimisation Track and analyse sales productivity and tool adoption metrics (e.g. calls, emails, sequences, CRM usage) Provide insight to Sales Enablement to support targeted coaching and performance improvement Ideal Candidate Profile Experience 3+ years’ experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations or a Business Analyst role Experience within a B2B environment strongly preferred Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing or a related quantitative discipline (or equivalent experience) Key Skills & Capabilities HubSpot CRM (Essential): Strong demonstrated experience with HubSpot data structures, reporting, workflows and automation Data & Analysis: Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills, experience with data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI or CRM reporting), and hands-on experience delivering TAM and whitespace analysis Process-Driven: Ability to map, document, audit and improve complex sales and marketing processes Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience creating enablement or training materials Compliance Awareness: Working knowledge of global data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA Knowledge Strong understanding of the end-to-end B2B revenue lifecycle (lead-to-cash) Familiarity with sales methodologies and operational metrics including conversion rates, pipeline health and forecasting accuracy About the Company You’ll be joining a global, people-focused organisation with a strong collaborative culture and a genuine commitment to professional development.
