*System & Technology Support*
* Administer Encompass configuration and access controls, including company and user setup, personas/roles, and loan setup settings. * Configure and maintain business rules supporting data entry, workflow progression, and regulatory compliance, based on business requirements. * Build and maintain Encompass components such as custom fields, documents, and data entry/input forms. * Provide end-user support and escalation for complex issues, coordinating with ICE support, internal teams, and third-party vendors as needed. * Maintain technical documentation for process, feature, and workflow changes to support communication and adoption. * Serve as a liaison for system training and related needs.
*Project and Change Management*
* Coordinate assigned Encompass changes from intake through completion, including impact analysis, UAT coordination, build/configuration, testing, deployment, and change communications. * Research upcoming Encompass releases and changes in integrated applications to evaluate impact and support planning for updates. * Track assigned change work (timelines and task plans) in alignment with the Mortgage Origination System Manager’s roadmap and resource planning. * Create, update and maintain thorough documentation.
*Process Optimization & Efficiency*
* Partner with Mortgage Operations and IT to gather requirements, recommend system improvements, and support the adoption of updates. * Identify opportunities to improve process flow, system functionality, and user experience through configuration, workflow, and automation enhancements. * Perform routine reviews of configuration, code, data, and system usage to maintain integrity, viability, and ongoing adoption.
*REQUIREMENTS / EXPERIENCE*
* 3+ years of ICE Encompass administration experience. * Experience in advanced coding of business rules and custom input forms within Encompass. * In-depth understanding of the mortgage industry and the loan origination life cycle. * Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with strong interpersonal skills. * Detail-oriented with the ability to manage and prioritize workload effectively. xkddfxh
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
