Design, develop, and maintain advanced analytical datasets and semantic models within Microsoft Fabric Write and optimize complex SQL queries to support reporting, analytics, and ad hoc analysis across large healthcare datasets Build and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards that deliver accurate, timely, and actionable insights
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Senior Analyst, or similar role Advanced SQL skills, including complex joins, CTEs, window functions, and query optimization Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric (e.g., Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, pipelines, semantic models) Strong Power BI experience, including data modeling, DAX, and performance optimization Demonstrated experience working with healthcare data (e.g., EHR/EMR, claims, clinical, revenue cycle, quality, or population health data)
