*Overview*
We are seeking a *Technical Lead / Solution Architect* with deep expertise in the *Microsoft Power Platform* to lead the architecture and development of a modern workflow automation platform supporting *regulatory and clinical safety processes*.
This role will design and deliver an *end-to-end workflow orchestration solution* leveraging *PowerApps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Azure integrations* to automate complex safety information workflows and improve compliance, transparency, and operational efficiency.
You will work closely with *business stakeholders, developers, and validation teams* to deliver scalable solutions within a *GxP-regulated life sciences environment*.
Key Responsibilities
* Architect enterprise workflow solutions using *PowerApps, Power Automate, and SharePoint*
* Design *workflow orchestration, approval routing, and automation logic*
* Define *integration architecture* with clinical, regulatory, and document management systems
* Lead development teams building *Power Platform applications and workflows*
* Establish *data models, governance, and security architecture*
* Support *validation, testing, and deployment* in regulated environments
* Ensure solutions meet *GxP and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance expectations*
Required Experience
* *10+ years of experience* in solution architecture or technical leadership roles
* Hands-on experience with *Microsoft Power Platform*
* PowerApps (Canvas & Model Driven Apps)
* Power Automate
* Power Platform governance and architecture
* Experience designing *enterprise workflow automation systems*
* Experience integrating enterprise systems using *APIs and connectors*
* Experience delivering solutions in *GxP regulated environments*
* Knowledge of *clinical or regulatory systems integration*
Preferred Experience
* SharePoint Online architecture
* Azure integrations and Microsoft Graph API
* Power Platform ALM and environment strategy
* AI-assisted document classification or automation
* Experience with *EDC, CTMS, or clinical safety systems*

Pay: $70.00 - $90.00 per hour
