Über
We are seeking a caring and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care to residents in our long-term care facility. The LPN works under the direction of an RN and/or physician to ensure residents receive safe, consistent, and compassionate care in compliance with state and federal regulations.
*Responsibilities:*
* Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans
* Administer medications and treatments as ordered
* Monitor residents for changes in condition and promptly report concerns
* Accurately document care, assessments, and observations
* Assist with admissions, discharges, and care plan updates
* Supervise CNAs and ensure assigned tasks are completed appropriately
* Communicate effectively with residents, families, providers, and staff
* Follow infection control, safety, and facility policies
*Qualifications:*
* Current LPN license in good standing (State of Oklahoma)
* Long-term care experience preferred but not required
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong organization, communication, and time-management skills
* Ability to pass background check and drug screening
