Own and guide the implementation of the data collection strategy and governance across all titles and platforms Design and specify a scalable, real-time pipeline for ingesting, processing, and analyzing gameplay and engagement events Build models and specify data platforms that translate raw player data into actionable insights for both humans and machines
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in data science, analytics, and machine learning, with at least 5+ years in gaming, media, or interactive entertainment Deep expertise in structured and unstructured data, including event taxonomies and behavioral analytics frameworks Expert-level experience with modern data architectures such as real-time streaming, data lakes/warehouses, and MLOps pipelines Proven track record of applying machine learning or AI techniques in production systems using real-world user data Curiosity about games, player psychology, and generative AI, with a desire to work at their intersection
