A company is looking for a Machine Learning Scientist to develop and deploy methods for analyzing large-scale light microscopy data. Key Responsibilities
Develop and evaluate scalable pipelines for synapse detection in optical connectomics datasets Collaborate with scientists to classify cellular and synaptic subtypes Organize connectivity data into usable models and build tools for data accessibility
Required Qualifications
Ph.D. in computer science, machine learning, applied math, computational biology, or a related field 3-5 years of relevant work or research experience with a strong history of executing novel ML solutions Strong background in computer vision and analysis of large microscopy datasets Experience with software engineering best practices
