A company is looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join their engineering team and develop backend services for a virtual-first cardiovascular care platform. Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain RESTful backend services and APIs for care coordination and automation Collaborate with product, clinical, and operations teams to deliver valuable backend functionality in iterative cycles Contribute clean, well-tested, and maintainable code while participating in design reviews and technical discussions
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience building backend services and APIs Strong proficiency in at least one modern, statically typed language such as Rust, Go, or Kotlin Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and AWS cloud environments Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and monitoring tools Understanding of service-oriented architectures and best practices for modular service design
