Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth and manage renewal strategies Build and maintain C-level relationships with client executives and act as the escalation point for strategic issues Coordinate with internal teams to align on customization needs and track account health metrics
Qualifications
2+ years in a Business Development or Lead Generation role in SaaS/fintech with a proven track record Experience selling loan origination software or digital lending solutions, particularly to smaller banks and credit unions Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred Proficiency in CRM tools, such as Salesforce Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and high ownership
