A company is looking for an MS 365 Applications Engineer to support Ancillary Microsoft 365 Applications in a large Federal enterprise environment. Key Responsibilities
Provide 24x7x365 Tier III operational support for Microsoft 365 ancillary applications within the G5 licensing suite Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to ancillary Microsoft 365 services such as Power BI, Planner, and others Monitor service health and usage metrics, and recommend performance improvements
Required Qualifications
4+ years of relevant IT experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications within enterprise environments Experience supporting Microsoft 365 services in GCC or comparable secure cloud environments Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 G5 licensing suite and ancillary applications Experience troubleshooting enterprise SaaS application issues Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
