Required Qualifications:
Several years of professional software engineering experience, including 2+ years in a tech lead or team leadership role Hands-on experience leading teams in building and shipping AI-enabled product features Proven ownership of the full development lifecycle and production systems Strong product intuition with a focus on users, workflows, and outcomes Ability to navigate ambiguity and connect technical choices to customer impact and business priorities
