Configure and implement Medallia's customer experience platform based on client requirements Implement and maintain Adobe Analytics tracking across digital platforms; define tagging plans and data layer requirements Perform QA and debugging to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of hands-on digital analytics implementation experience (web/app preferred) Strong expertise in Adobe Analytics (Workspace/Report Builder, segmentation, attribution concepts) Experience with Adobe CJA concepts such as data views/connections and cross-channel measurement (preferred) Tagging and implementation experience (e.g., tag management, JavaScript, data layers, debugging) Familiarity with Medallia DXA deployment and/or configuring digital experience signals and dashboards
