Required Qualifications
10+ years of general business experience, with HVAC wholesale experience preferred 5+ years of sales leadership and/or branch management experience in an HVAC sales environment Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Management Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC products, sales processes, and market trends Strong management and leadership skills, including coaching and talent development experience
