Plan, install, and support hardware and software upgrades under senior guidance Monitor network performance and respond to anomalies using monitoring tools Manage ITSM ticket queues and resolve customer issues within SLA timeframes
Required Qualifications
Active Department of Defense Secret level security clearance required DoD Approved 8570 / 8140 OS and Cybersecurity certifications required Bachelor's degree in technical discipline and 3 years OR Technical/Vocational certification and 5 years of experience 4-5 years' relevant technical experience Proficient in normal networking protocols: TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, DHCP, SNMP
