Über
Lead long-term projects with high complexity and ambiguity from initial client discussions to completion Design and improve workflows for creating data for AI/ML training and evaluation, including human annotation and synthetic methods Assess and optimize search-specific evaluation approaches, including metrics and human evaluation studies for search result quality
Required Qualifications
MA in computational linguistics, data science, computer science, or a related field; PhD preferred Extensive experience with search-specific language data and designing human evaluation tasks Advanced knowledge of statistics and data analysis methods Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and tools, and proficiency in Python Deep understanding of data pipelines to support ML and NLP workflows
