Partner with stakeholders to identify and frame high-impact business problems for advanced analytics and AI solutions Oversee the delivery of scalable solutions, ensuring they are production-ready and embedded into commercial workflows Lead and develop a team of data scientists, shaping the analytics and AI roadmap aligned with business outcomes
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Minimum of six years of experience in advanced analytics, data science, or applied machine learning with leadership responsibility Experience deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms, including production-grade hosting and MLOps Guidance experience in Python-based data science ecosystems and collaborative development practices Strong understanding of machine learning, optimization methods, and statistical experimentation in commercial contexts Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field; PhD preferred
