Partner with Member Marketing Digital and Creative team to set up, build, deploy, and track campaigns within Epic Analyze operational workflows to identify technological gaps and enhancements, and provide insights to inform campaign strategy Define success measures for proposed solutions and monitor their effectiveness, providing feedback to stakeholders
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree preferred, or 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree Minimum of four years of experience in healthcare, product development, or analytics At least three years of experience working with Epic EMR and Epic Cheers certification Experience in implementing consumer marketing campaigns using various channels Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and drawing actionable conclusions
