Lead and develop a team of inside sales and order management professionals to ensure high levels of accuracy and customer service Oversee order entry processes, ensuring accuracy and timely release of orders to Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain Act as the primary liaison between Inside Sales and cross-functional teams to ensure customer requirements are met
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in Inside Sales, Order Management, or Sales Operations, preferably in an engineered-to-order or industrial environment 2+ years of people management experience with direct reports Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes and cross-functional workflows Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's Degree preferred
