Key Responsibilities: Handling inquiries and conducting property viewings Presenting and negotiating qualified offers to ensure the best outcome for all parties involved. Liaising between vendors, buyers, and solicitors, to ensure a smooth process Generating valuation opportunities within the patch. Produce the relevant paperwork required. Managing administrative tasks Meeting and exceeding targets Requirements: 6 months+ experience is residential sales, preferably in the area. A full UK Driving Licence Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle a high volume of administrative tasks efficiently What' On Offer: Basic Salary: £20,000 + 4-month guarantee of £30,000 Realistic OTE for your first year: £45,000 - £50,000 (uncapped) Tiered commission structure; earn 10% - 15% on every deal Large potential bonuses linked to performance Access to pool cars A fast-paced and supportive work environment in with a close-knit team Working Hours: Mon-Thursday 08:50-18:30, Friday 08:50-4:00pm, 1 in 2 Saturdays 10:00-16:00
