Position: Level 2 Nursery Practitioner
Hours: 30 hours per week
Schedule: Tuesday-Thursday, All year round
Salary: £20,186.40

We cater to children aged 3 months to 5 years and have recently transformed our outdoor spaces into two large, age-specific areas designed for exploration and play. With a brand new climbing frame, growing patch, wendy house, and creative art area, we inspire curiosity and creativity in every child.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

• Provide high-quality care and education tailored to each child's individual needs in a safe and nurturing environment.
• Plan and implement engaging early years activities that stimulate learning and development.
• Collaborate with your team, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn new skills.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and applied.
• Conduct risk assessments and report any health and safety concerns to management.
• Support the holistic development of children, focusing on their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth.

To thrive in this role, you will need:

• Full and relevant Level 2 childcare qualification: Essential
• Fluency in written and spoken English: Essential
• Over 1 year’s experience in Early Years: Desirable
• Knowledge of the Statutory Framework for the EYFS: Desirable
