Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: 40 hours per week
Location: Capernwray, Carnforth
Salary: Starting at £27,803.20, with potential earnings up to £34,523.20 including sleep-in shifts.
Are you a dynamic and inspirational leader? We are seeking a Residential Home Team Leader to join our dedicated Children's Home Team at Bayview. You will be part of a nurturing environment, working with a maximum of four young people aged 8-18 who face social, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
Your Role:As a Team Leader, you will:
- Assist the Registered Manager in leading day-to-day operations, ensuring a safe and positive environment for our young residents.
- Support the continuous improvement of our 'Outstanding' rated home, enhancing its quality and reputation.
- Step in for the Registered Manager when needed, taking charge of the home’s management.
To thrive in this role, you must:
- Hold a full UK driving license.
- Possess a Diploma Level 3 in Working with Children & Young People.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Promote good hygiene practices among staff and address any deviations swiftly.
