Maintenance Worker

Château Baie-Comeau, a friendly private seniors' residence, is looking for someone to fill a full-time Maintenance Worker position. Responsibilities include apartment renovations and resident requisitions, as well as all other related tasks such as flooring installation, painting, and plastering. POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Schedule: 32 hours/week
Salary: To be discussed

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Clean entryways and common areas
• Cleaning and performing floor maintenance duties in the common areas
• Maintain and clean the premises
• Schedule and ensure that preventive maintenance is performed on equipment
• Supervise the maintenance of the equipment

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Good communication
• No experience necessary
