*Position Overview*
We are looking for an experienced Master Esthetician who is confident in advanced skincare treatments and committed to providing an elevated spa experience.
*Duties*
* Perform advanced skincare treatments including Morpheus8, IPL, laser hair removal, chemical peels, microneedling, Hydrafacial, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, waxing and eyebrow/lash tinting, lifting and lamination.
* Conduct thorough skin analyses
* Create custom treatment plans and encourage services
* Educate clients on skincare routines and promote product homecare
* Maintain a clean, sanitary, and welcoming treatment space
* Build and retain a loyal client base
* Build and maintain portfolio with before and after photos
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and products
*Requirements*
* Current Master Esthetician license (required)
* Proven experience in advanced skincare treatments
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
* Sales experience with skincare products is a plus
