Water is one of the UK’s most essential services and data plays a critical role in keeping it efficient, sustainable, and client-driven. We are looking for a motivated and detail-driven Water Industry Data Analyst to join our growing team.
In this role, you will work closely with water wholesalers and retailers across the UK, transforming complex data into meaningful insights that improve operational performance and enhance customer experience. *What You’ll Be Doing*
* Turning data into insight: collecting, cleansing, analysing, and interpreting operational and client data to identify trends and performance improvements.
* Driving smarter decisions: producing high-quality reports, dashboards, and presentations that clearly communicate findings and recommendations.
* Collaborating across teams: working with colleagues and clients to develop practical, data-driven solutions.
* Championing data quality: monitoring, reviewing, and improving data accuracy and reporting processes.
* Supporting operational excellence: helping our clients improve efficiency, service delivery, and customer outcomes.
*What We’re Looking For*
We’re looking for someone who is analytical, organised, and proactive, someone who thrives in a varied role and enjoys balancing technical work with stakeholder engagement.
You’ll bring:
* Experience in a data analysis or related role.
* Strong practical skills in Microsoft Excel and the wider Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams).
* A keen eye for detail and a structured, methodical approach to your work.
* The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
* Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills.
* A collaborative mindset, with the confidence to work independently when required.
