Power My Analytics is an ETL SaaS company that provides a marketing data hub application that helps businesses collect and warehouse their analytics data from popular advertising, social, and e-commerce platforms, and then integrate it with various BI tools.
We're seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer with strong AI Engineering skills to help transform how we do Software Engineering at PMA, strong UI skills to transform our user interfaces and enhance our customer experience, and strong backend skills to build and maintain our GCP-hosted connectors at scale . In this pivotal role, you'll help transform our business amidst the AI revolution. You'll have the opportunity to propose and implement significant changes that will help us become the #1 user-and-bot-friendly platform in our industry, and show everyone how much we can compete with a lean team and intelligent automation.
*Key Responsibilities*
*UI/UX Development (30%)*
* Architect and implement responsive, user-centered interfaces that align with our design system * Drive UI architecture decisions and establish best practices * Implement robust UI testing coverage to ensure quality and reliability * Optimize front-end performance and accessibility * Create intuitive user experiences that prioritize user needs and workflow efficiency * Develop advanced data visualization components * Collaborate with designers, product owners, and developers to implement features
*Backend Development (30%)*
* Develop and optimize RESTful APIs and services to support UI functionality using GCP/Firebase cloud functions * Automate new connectors and maintenance of connectors using AI * Drive architecture decisions for new features * Support the development of our AI tooling and initiatives * Troubleshoot complex technical issues across the stack
*AI Engineering (30%)*
* Develop intelligent automations and workflows to enable us to focus on making decisions, not implementing details. * Help save LLM provider costs without loss of quality. * Build AI tools to aid development, product management, C-suite, and other parts of the company.
*Process Improvement (10%)*
* Establish and maintain automated testing frameworks * Drive initiatives for UI/UX improvements * Create comprehensive documentation and promote best practices * Lead code reviews and technical discussions * Enhance continuous integration and deployment processes * Identify and implement performance optimizations
*Tech Stack*
*Frontend:*
* Angular 15+ with TypeScript * NGXS for state management * Angular Material, AG-Grid Enterprise * Firebase Authentication with SAML support * Google Apps Script and other integrations
*Backend:*
* Firebase Cloud Functions (TypeScript) * Firestore/Realtime Database * Integrations with 50+ platforms, including use of OAuth
*Testing:*
* Jasmine/Karma for unit testing * Angular Testing Utilities * Expanding test infrastructure
*Qualifications*
*Required Skills:*
* 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with strong AI specialization * Expert proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular + Firebase preferred) * Deep understanding of TypeScript and frontend architecture patterns * Advanced experience with CSS preprocessors and responsive design principles * Proven experience establishing and maintaining automated testing frameworks (unit, integration, and end-to-end testing) * Deep understanding of web accessibility standards * Strong knowledge of UX/UI best practices and design principles * Experience with data visualization libraries * Extensive experience with back-end technologies and RESTful API design * Expertise in GCP * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Proven ability to lead technical initiatives * Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences * Self-motivated and proactive mindset with initiative to propose transformative changes * Ability to work effectively in a remote environment * Comfort with agile methodologies and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
*Nice-to-Have Skills:*
* Experience with spreadsheet integrations (Google Sheets/Excel) * Knowledge of marketing/analytics platforms * Experience with Firebase security rules and authentication * Background in data integration or ETL processes * Experience with CI/CD pipelines * UX design sensibilities
