Requirements for Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) Current, active Texas LVN license Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online) G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willing to train About Care Options for Kids Care Options for Kids is the leading provider of pediatric nursing services. With locations in Colorado, Texas, Arizona, Nevada, Florida, Oregon, Washington, California, Wyoming, New Jersey, Delaware, and Pennsylvania, the Care Options for Kids Community offers a wide range of pediatric health services, including pediatric nursing and therapies, ABA therapy, nursing, Family Caregiver Services, and school-based services. *Bonus for eligible cases only. The eligible employee will receive $500 for every 250 billable hours worked up to $2,500. Eligible employees must complete the pre-onboarding process within 10 days of submission of the initial application. Valid for first-time employees only and on completion of all required documents. Parents and/or Guardians of a Care Options for Kids clients or a potential Care Options for Kids clients are not eligible to receive a bonus.
