Your New RoleAs an International Security Operations Centre (ISOC) Operator , you’ll be the first line of defense, ensuring swift action when it matters most. Join a dedicated team committed to keeping Warner Bros. Discovery’s people, sites, and operations safe across the EMEA region.

From monitoring international activities to responding to real-time incidents, your decisions will play a crucial role in protecting colleagues, assets, and information across multiple countries. Your Role Accountabilities- Continuously monitor and manage security operations, handling both emergency and non-emergency communications.
- Oversee technical security systems such as CCTV, Access Control, and Fire/Life Safety Systems across multiple WBD sites.
- Acknowledge, disseminate, and escalate incident information to relevant security team members and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on local news and law enforcement notifications to provide timely updates on ongoing incidents.
- Maintain detailed records of all incidents and prepare reports for management as needed.
- Act as an ambassador for the company, delivering respectful and tailored service to all customers and stakeholders.
- Provide efficient and professional response services to staff calling for assistance from Global Security.
- Respond promptly to alarms and other activations at all monitored sites.
- Address any threats to WBD staff or assets in a timely manner.
- Availability to work a rotating shift pattern within a 24/7 operational environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Experience or strong interest in operating security systems such as CCTV and Access Control.
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and preparing professional incident reports.
- Ability to identify and evaluate potential threats using open-source research.
- Solid computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Office and operational tools.
- Previous security or operations centre experience preferred, or relevant studies in security, risk, or emergency management.
This is a shift-based, onsite role within a 24/7 operational environment. The ISOC operates continuously, and operators work approximately 80 hours over a fortnight, averaging 40 hours per week (subject to variation).
- Morning Shift: 07:00–15:00
- Mid Shift: 15:00–23:00
- Night Shift: 23:00–07:00
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is essential. Remote work is not permitted, except under exceptional circumstances.
