Join Our Team as a Residential Home Team Leader!

Contract: Permanent, Full Time

Hours: 40 hours per week

Location: Lancaster

Salary: Starting at £27,803.20, with potential earnings up to £34,523.20 including sleep-in shifts.

Your Role

Are you a dynamic and inspirational leader? We are seeking a Residential Home Team Leader to join our dedicated Children's Home Team at Bayview. Located in the heart of Capernwray, Carnforth, you will work in a nurturing environment with a maximum of four young people, guiding them through their social, emotional, and behavioral challenges.

Your mission will be to:

  • Support young people aged 8-18 in achieving their goals.
  • Provide a safe, secure, and homely environment.
  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring continuous improvement and adherence to Ofsted standards.
  • Step in for the Registered Manager when needed, ensuring smooth operations.
What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you must:

  • Hold a full UK driving license.
  • Possess a Diploma Level 3 in Working with Children & Young People.

Your Responsibilities

As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in:

  • Creating and reviewing care plans for each child.
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and Ofsted standards.
  • Fostering a positive and inclusive environment for both staff and residents.
  • Managing day-to-day operations and staff effectively.
  • Engaging with staff to gather feedback and implement improvements.
