Basic Salary: £28,000 - £39,520
Contract: Full Time, Term Time Only
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Your Role and ResponsibilitiesAs a SEN Teacher, you will:
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the national curriculum, addressing the complex ASC & SEMH needs of all pupils.
- Support the class team in creating learning opportunities and promoting positive behaviors.
- Report on pupils' progress and concerns, collaborating with other staff to meet individual needs.
- Supervise pupils during non-classroom times, including extracurricular activities and school trips.
- Build positive relationships with your pupils, driving engagement and positive learning outcomes.
To thrive in this role, you should:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Have a suitable qualification at degree level.
- Bring previous successful teaching experience, preferably in KS1/2.
- Possess experience working with pupils with SEND in an educational setting.
- Be skilled in behavior management techniques.
- Be committed to professional development and eager to learn.
- Be willing to undergo an Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check prior to starting work.
