Nursery Manager

Salary: £37,500 per annum + £1,000 Welcome Bonus!

Hours: 40 hours per week

At Greenfields Nursery & School in Shipston-on-Stour, we pride ourselves on being an Outstanding setting (Ofsted, July 2022). We are on the lookout for an inspiring Nursery Manager to lead our dedicated team!

We offer full- and part-time care for children aged 9 months to 5 years, with a strong emphasis on outdoor play. Our dedicated Key Workers ensure that every child's learning and care is tailored to their unique needs. • Ensure compliance with the statutory framework for the EYFS throughout the nursery.
• Embed and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Facilitate inspections by regulatory bodies and implement recommendations.
• Promote a key person approach to help children form secure attachments.
• Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences tailored to each child's development.
• Encourage a culture of self-evaluation and reflective practice.
• Manage complaints or concerns promptly and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records on the EyMan system.
• Participate in marketing activities to promote the nursery.
• Foster positive relationships with your team through an approachable manner.

• Essential: Full and relevant Level 3 Childcare qualification.
• Essential: Over 1 year of experience in Early Years.
• Essential: Strong knowledge of the EYFS statutory framework and regulatory requirements.
• Essential: Over 1 year of management experience.
• Desirable: Level 5 qualification in Childcare and/or Management and Leadership.
• Desirable: Experience of successfully passing an Ofsted inspection at a Good or Outstanding level.
