Nursery Practitioner - Level 3

Full-Time: 40 hours per week

Salary: £27,060 per annum / £13.01 per hour

Our nursery operates from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday , for 51 weeks a year. Your shift pattern will fall within these hours.

• Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences, environments, and resources for children, tailored to their age and development stage.
• Ensure compliance with the statutory framework for the EYFS.
• Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene in the nursery, promoting these standards daily.
• Support the smooth running of the nursery and ensure the safety and wellbeing of children, staff, and families.
• Maintain professional relationships and report any concerns to management in line with company policy.
• Facilitate a strong key person approach to help children form secure attachments.
• Attend regular team meetings to stay updated on key priorities and company policies.
• Prioritize children's emotional well-being above all else.

• Full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification – essential.
• Fluency in written and spoken English – essential.
• Over 1 year of experience working in Early Years – desirable.
• Knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements – desirable.
