The Early Childhood Service is responsible for developing, proposing, and implementing a policy focused on the well-being and development of children aged 0 to 4 years. It consists of several municipal institutions, both broad and restricted, that are subsidized to best meet the needs of children and their families. In the framework of the development and proper functioning of the Zinzolin nursery, we are looking for a permanent position at 70% - Class 13. Our institution, with a capacity of 32 places, relies on a team of about 15 individuals committed every day. We place particular importance on the quality of multidisciplinary team support and respectful human relations, both internally and with families. As an institutional assistant, you will hold a key role in support and contribute to the smooth and coherent management of human resources. In this capacity, you will work closely with the head of the Institutions sector, the early childhood service, and actively participate in maintaining stability and quality within the framework. Your missions will involve managing the daily operations of the institution and ensuring its positive image; supervising and being involved in program X, as well as supporting professionals for quality care; overseeing activities, resources, and general operations; managing staff schedules (hours, vacations, absences, replacements) while maintaining the required supervision ratio; providing active support to a team of about 15; being a source of ideas and solutions; designing projects and actions that align with program X while respecting the values and principles of the early childhood service; leading discussions interactively and being proactive in proposing improvements; facilitating communication between the team, the structure, and the service; welcoming and managing relationships with families; updating and relaying information on children's files to the sector; proposing acquisitions in terms of equipment and furniture for a safe and sustainable environment; ensuring the maintenance of the premises; working in network with various municipal and external partners; managing the budget allocated for the functioning of the municipal institution; assisting the service in recruitment and conducting interviews with staff; supervising the cook in charge of meals, the service, and the maintenance of the kitchen area; supervising the manager in charge of laundry operations, ensuring the efficiency of laundry processes, and managing snack storage; supervising the curricular processes; Activity rate and hours: Activity rate: 70%; Hours to be defined with some flexibility, depending on the institution's needs; Regular daytime presence, from Monday to Friday; Required criteria: Proven experience in a managerial position or management: CAS or team management experience required according to the list of recognized post-graduate qualifications in connection with the new directive on duties and responsibilities for SASAJ holders; Excellent organizational and communication skills; Strong sense of responsibility, autonomy, and reliability; Ease and discretion; Good writing skills and mastery of common tools (office software); Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously; Commitment to ongoing personal development; Experience in multi-age care and flexible hours for parents; Willingness to invest enthusiastically in the program; Strong knowledge of pedagogy and child development; Motivated to work transversally with the other four managers of municipal structures and the service manager; Competency in human resources, and management of interviews and discussions; Competency in terms of management based on experience: August 1st.
