JOB SUMMARY The Sales Team Supervisor will assist store management with daily operations, nurture team development, and strive to meet both store and individual sales goals. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Meet and exceed store and personal sales targets. Assist in training and developing a high-performing sales team. Provide constructive feedback and ensure accountability to company policies. Implement all opening and closing procedures following company guidelines. Oversee daily store operations when store management is unavailable. Manage Loss Prevention practices during times when store management is not present. Communicate all store needs effectively to management. Handle bank deposits with diligence. Promptly complete assigned tasks and responsibilities. Participate in all mandatory training programs. Create an enjoyable and engaging experience for all customers. Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently. Embrace and exemplify Journeys' culture. JOB REQUIREMENTS Prior retail sales experience is preferred. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Driven to succeed in a dynamic retail setting. Eagerness to learn and grow. Completion of all training programs necessary for the Sales Team Supervisor role. Able to work nights and weekends. Physical capability to climb, reach, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds. Must be able to stand for extended periods. Must be at least 18 years old.
