Previous experience with laptop and desktop hardware is required. As part of your onboarding, you will receive free certification in Dell and Lenovo products. Job Highlights This is a 1099 Contract position with a variable call volume, typically ranging from 2 to 5 calls per day. Compensation is based on the completed tickets, starting at $35 each. Your primary duty will involve performing hardware part replacements for Dell and Lenovo warranty services. Payments are processed every Friday, following the first week of completed tickets. A reliable form of transportation is essential for travel to service calls. Access to a computer and the internet is required to log into your tech portal. Work hours are Monday through Friday. You must log into your tech portal by 9 am each workday to accept, update, and schedule your calls. You will be responsible for contacting customers to confirm the timing of onsite service. Parts needed for repairs will be provided by the manufacturers, typically available for pickup at FedEx. You will also receive shipping labels and materials to return any removed parts.
